There are five ways of supporting AFS.

1. Straight Donation

2. Corporate Supporter (Annual donation of US$1,000 or more)

3. Scholarship Sponsor (Scholarship may be named after Corporate Name)

• Employees’ children are eligible.
• Corporate can design specifics of scholarship such as sending students from Japan or receiving to Japan, number of students and subject country

4. Matching Gift Supporter Corporations will donate to AFS in the amount matching to donations made or to volunteer hours contributed by its employees to AFS, thereby making it a management-employee joint action

5. Volunteer Activities Supporter Corporations will promote and endorse its employees assist AFS in various form of volunteer activities.

Remarks: AFS Japan Association, Inc. is a specifically designated public-service corporation under supervision of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and donation to AFS Japan is eligible for tax benefit. Details should be obtained from your nearest tax office and/or from certified tax accountant.
